Introducing Tyler Bradley Gerwatowski.
He was born at 10:41pm on 5/20/10. Weighing in at 7lbs 3oz and 20in long.
We spent the last few days in the hospital recovering but we were able to come home on Sunday night.
We've now made it through 2 nights and everyone is doing great. This is the most amazing experience. Everyone tells you that life is going to change, however, it's impossible to know exactly how this will happen. Well, it's heaven. This little man is wonderful! He is so amazing he has even impressed his doctor. Yesterday we had some tummy time and he was able to flip from his stomach to his back twice! Brad and my Aunt Bonnie did not believe me the first time but then he did it a second time. At the doctors office today during Tyler's exam the doctor asked if we were doing tummy time and we explained that we were and that he had flipped over. He was surprised and almost on cue Tyler decided to show off again and flip from his stomach to his back. The doctor was speechless and said he had never seen that before so early.
Well I'm off to get some much needed sleep, but first here are some pictures from the last few days.

Tyler is adorable. I like the sunbathing pic. I think that is the first time I've seen him without a hat. When I first saw him I thought he looked like you... and I also see some Brad in him... I guess we will wait and see how he changes over time... Right now I would say he is a good mix of the two of you.
ReplyDeleteWhere is his hair???? I thought Brad said he had a lot of hair. However, he doesn't come close to competing with Emmersyn or Cameron. I need to see the cute one in person again to see better who he looks like. He is such a cutie. How many times are you up at night with him. Every time I'm feeding Emmersyn at night, I'm wondering if you are doing the same thing. We are down to 4-5 feedings a night.

The sunbathing photo is ADORABLE! As for who he looks like, the photo before the sunbathing photo I'd say he does look a lot like you, but I can see some Brad in him. As Nicole said, guess we'll have to wait and see how he changes over time! CONGRATULATIONS!
